Meet Noah!

On Wednesday, May 9th we received a call that changed our lives. Abbey Smith from our adoption agency had received a dossier for a 13 month boy from China- were we interested? What kind of question is that?  She asked a lot of questions - and I too asked a lot. By the end of the phone call I said I would talk to Doug and to please forward to file to us.

On Thursday it came!  I ripped it open and went right for the picture. It was love at first sight. Doug was upstairs bathing the girls.  I ran up and simple said, "I'm sold. He's ours". We haven't turned back since. Today we completed that official paperwork and it's being forwarded to China next week. We fly out in 3 t0 5 months to bring Noah home.

Here's what we know about him:

Name: Wu Li Ming (aka: Noah Wu Li Ming Bower)
Date of Birth: March 25, 2006 (We were in China when he was born!)
Birth City: Putain City, Fujian

He is developmentally on mark for his age, with an excellent appetite. He has some foot issues that will need to be addressed with a pediatric orthopedist, but is anticipated his problem can be fixed with therapy and surgery. I'm sure his sisters will have him up and running before we know it.

We look forward to bringing Noah home and introducing him to everyone. Pictures will be uploaded on Monday.

Wow! I just nearly fell out of my chair. I am so excited for you all. That's such great news. I can't wait to see him.

I have friends in Fujian right now bringing home their son.

I can't wait to hear more. Oh, by the way, we've started the process for Lindy's mei mei.

Keep in touch!!!

Love,
Lisa
